The collaboration between Tre Elle and the Scuola di Formazione Professionale Artigianelli di Fermo has given life to the first training experience in the field of sheet metal bending.
The bending of sheet metal, which for many is a simple work process, is actually a real art that requires both technical skills and experience.
In fact, the metal sheet varies in terms of thickness and composition of materials, and the requests for modeling that come from customers must take into account these factors as well as other critical elements.
In addition, as it is said in jargon, the sheet is “alive”, that is, when bending each material, even the most rigid, this for its own composition has a minimum of “elastic return”. The experienced bending operator is able to consider and eliminate this possible margin when bending thanks to his experience and acquired skills.
The will to give life to a real training center was born in Tre Elle both from the heart and the head.
From the heart, because Tre Elle has a history of over thirty years in metal sheet working, and in the factory some of its secrets have been handed down for generations.
From the heart because Tre Elle is always active in support of a territory, the Fermano area, in the heart of the Marche, that today needs, like many other parts of Italy, a redesign of working world in favor of youth employment.
A redesign that according to Stefano Luzi, Tre Elle’s CEO, goes through a more active collaboration with School and Work. An already successful experience, for example, in the collision between NABA Milano and the “premium” expression of Tre Elle, which is represented by the DACA Vetrina d’Autore brand, a spin-off now over 6 years old that deals with exhibitions for museums and fashion brands.
